Technical cookies

Pinpoint uses the following cookies to access your account, protect sign-in and complete the Google Drive connection. The app code does not include traffic analytics or profiling cookies.

Name	Purpose	Maximum duration
`pr_session`	Keeps the authenticated session active.	7 days
`pr_oauth_state`	Verifies the Google sign-in request.	10 minutes
`pr_oauth_verifier`	Completes the PKCE security check.	10 minutes
`pr_oauth_next`	Returns you to the requested page after sign-in.	10 minutes
`pr_oauth_drive_user`	Connects Google Drive authorization to the signed-in user.	10 minutes

Cookies are set with HttpOnly and SameSite=Lax; over HTTPS, Secure is also set.

Preferences stored in your browser

Your selected language (Italiano or English) is stored in localStorage under pinpoint.language. This is not a cookie: it remains until you change language or clear the site's data in your browser.

External services

If you choose to sign in with Google or connect Google Drive, you temporarily leave pinpoint.fans for Google's authorization pages. Google may use its own cookies there under its privacy policy. Google manages those cookies.

How to manage cookies and preferences

You can clear cookies and site data in your browser settings. Removing pr_session signs you out. Removing pinpoint.language makes the app use your browser's language until you choose another.
